Bridging Worlds: Intuitive Channeling
As intuitive channels, we are the bridges between the tangible and the intangible, the seen and the unseen. As humans, we are constantly interpreting and channeling energy, whether we realize it or not. As our conscious awareness increases and our extrasensory abilities sharpen, we can better understand and connect with the energetic world and our role within it. Intuitive channeling isn’t just a spiritual practice; it’s a way of life, a journey of self-discovery, and an exploration of the interconnectedness that resides within us all.
But what does it mean to be an intuitive channel, and how does one begin to navigate this path? For me, this journey has been as personal as it is expansive. My understanding of this question is constantly evolving; it’s like trying to pin Jello to a wall. However, I’d love to share some of my current perspectives and understandings.
Until about a decade ago, coming from a very scientific background, I did not understand or relate to spirituality. It was to my great surprise, through a gradual awakening experience that began when my first child was born, my perspective completely shifted. I found myself uncovering a passion for understanding metaphysical concepts and seeking greater meaning and connection. Through meditation, psychic development courses, and learning from other channels and healers, I’ve been able to develop trust and confidence with my own intuition. When I started to intentionally connect as a way to explore my gifts, I began with automatic writing. This led to learning the akashic records and other modalities such as quantum hypnosis, allowing me to integrate intuitive channeling into a service that feels both expansive and nourishing on a soul level.
One of my favorite spiritual teachers, Matias de Stefano, talks about spirituality being connected with our imagination. What we perceive as imagination might be glimpses into the nature of reality where consciousness is the fundamental thread connecting everything. Many energetic beings or consciousnesses exist in dimensions that are on a different frequency than ours. They aren’t necessarily located in a different place; they are just vibrating outside our perception. This is much like how the visible spectrum our eyes can perceive is only a small fraction of the electromagnetic spectrum, which includes ultraviolet rays and other wavelengths.
Through intention and focus, we can align energetically to interpret and translate the consciousness that exists all around us. This information can come in through our extra senses, which are often categorized into “clairs”. Everyone is unique and can receive and interpret energy in different ways. For me, I currently resonate most with clairsentience (feeling), clairvoyance (seeing), and claircognizance (knowing). Just like any new skillset, building confidence and trust is a matter of strengthening these muscles. As our collective and individual vibration continues to rise, more will feel called to explore and integrate these senses into daily life.
So, how do I reconcile my scientific background and spirituality? This is an ongoing process, but I find it fascinating that as physics delves deeper into quantum mechanics, the gap between science and spirituality is naturally closing. After all, energy healing and spirituality are simply concepts that science has yet to fully explain. To me, wisdom is the ability to hold multiple perspectives and explore truths from various angles.
Spirituality that resonates collectively is often rooted in ancient wisdom that is reawakening in our modern world. As a society, we’ve become so disconnected that the pendulum is now swinging back, and we crave a life of greater harmony with ourselves and the world around us. As a collective, we are ready for deeper connection—with our higher consciousness, our multidimensional aspects, and the rhythms of nature and the universe. This expansion is catalyzed not only by spiritual awakening but also by technological advancements. As we continue to change at an accelerated pace, we are called to integrate these changes with a level of conscious awareness that is essential for balanced expansion.
In my experience, the intuitive insights we channel aren’t something external, it’s a reflection of the wisdom already within us. Like a radio tuned to the right frequency, we only perceive what we’re energetically aligned to. If we aren’t resonating with a particular vibration, it simply remains outside our awareness. Acting as mirrors, intuitive channels reflect the messages our hearts and souls are ready to hear. Channeling isn’t about escaping to another realm; it’s about rediscovering and embodying who we truly are so that we can be the unique soul expression that we came here to be.
Our intuitive abilities are innate, a natural part of who we are. Many of us recall glimpses of these gifts in childhood, which are just waiting for the right conditions to reemerge. When we create space for stillness and support, our energetic channels can open, and our bodies can activate the wisdom they’ve always carried.
Ultimately, intuitive channeling is about remembering and reconnecting—with ourselves, our gifts, and the greater tapestry of consciousness. By trusting our inner wisdom, we create the foundation for true expansion and balance.
